Service rating: Malcolm's care and patience was outstanding and completely transformed my hestitaion of getting another Nissan after a tricky experience we had with another garage. So pleased with the car and to feel happy to continue with Nissan. This is the fourth now and by far the best car and the very best customer care. Full marks.

Product rating: After 500 miles there is a problem with the alarm going off on a random basis. Fault identified at the dealership and solution put in hand. Requires a replacement part to be delivered and then fitted. While not happy to have a fault on a new vehicle, the dealership response to fixing the problem has been very good.
