Breakdown Cover
We also offer Breakdown Cover. APG Assist is administered on our behalf by Call Assist which operates a 24 hour, 365 days-a-year service for you to contact should your vehicle experience a Breakdown.
The Call Assist Rescue Controllers are trained to the highest degree and are backed by the latest computer technology and mapping facilities together with a fully trained network of Recovery Operators throughout the UK.
Recovery
If your vehicle suffers a breakdown, this includes running out of fuel, help will be sent to the scene of the breakdown and we will pay call out fees and mileage charges needed to repair or assist with the vehicle.
At Home
A Recovery Operator will be despatched to your home address or within a one mile radius. Attempts will be made to repair your vehicle on the spot. If a repair is not possible they will transport your vehicle to the nearest repairing garage.
MOT Test Guarantee

Once you've made your purchase we can arrange to have your vehicle delivered to your home. We charge £1 per mile (minimum charge £20) and we can deliver anywhere in the UK (mainland only). We can also arrange a follow up video call if you have further questions about the controls on your new vehicle. |

Alternatively you may prefer to use our socially distanced click & collect service. Our Sales Executives are required to maintain a safe distance during the collection process and your new vehicle and keys will be fully sanitised prior to collection. |

Service rating: Your service and attention to detail have been excellent. You are always willing to answer any queries I have and to make an appointment to see me if I need to speak to you. You are always courteous and helpful and it is always a pleasure to walk into Blackshaws.
Product rating: Buying a Leaf was a bit scary at first, even after we had done all the research. We have been on a steep learning curve, as driving an electric car is a totally new experience. But we are so very glad we took the plunge. It's a fantastic car and we love it. It is unbelievably quiet, beautifully smooth to drive, and extremely comfortable. Recharging is straightforward and the range ( we have been getting between 130 and 140 miles per charge) suits us perfectly. The public rapid charge points means we can do some shopping or have a cup of coffee while the battery is being topped up - normally 40-50 minutes, and being able to charge at home using our PodPoint makes it all very simple: we put the car in the garage, set the charge time to come on during the night economy period, and wake up to a fully charged car. It costs us pence to fill up! It's a win-win situation! Driving has suddenly become a delightful experience.

Service rating: Service has been friendly and helpful. I did have to follow up requests at times though and did find that emails didn't always get responded to. To be fair it was a very busy time of the year for the garage with the new registration and they did provide me with my new LEAF three weeks ahead of what another Nissan dealer could do and to my exact spec. What I did particularly like is down to earth sales staff who were honest, realistic and just plain human compared to one of the large franchised chains. There was just enough automation of emails keeping me informed without it being over the top. I will certainly be back for my car servicing and if I decide on another Nissan will be back in 3 years when my PCP ends.
Product rating: Absolutely love the car, having owned 3 Jaguars, various Vauxhall's and Fords and one other Nissan I can honestly say this is the best car I have every owned. It is a joy to drive and so cheap to run it is unreal. The only problem is I like driving it so much I have already done 1400 miles in just over 3 weeks, really must slow down or start putting some money by for the 8p a mile over mileage on my PCP! Electric is the future.....
