Excellent car buying experience no pressure from Ian the salesman to buy When we did decide to buy because of work and a short time that we needed a car The sale was all done and completed with messages back and forth on the internet And the car picked up within a week

Very happy with the MG ZS Very comfortable love the heated seats Not the fastest car but I'm no boy racer Wife likes the reversing camera I personally like the keyless opening and locking And just leaving the key in your pocket A very good car and not the most expensive Thinking of a second

Have only had the car for a few weeks, but enjoy driving it. Feels nice and sturdy. Plenty of room and head height front and back. Probably haven’t sussed out all the features yet, but enjoying the experience. Also love the Speedy Blue colour!

I reviewed well over 400 vehicles and chose this one. Although a diesel, the first one I have had. I believe that I have chosen the right vehicle. You get an awful lot of car for your money and it drives superbly well.

Preferred the old Swift

Good service but don't like the new computer and warning sounds.

Computer system is irritating and distracting. Bluetooth system constantly cuts out. Automatically turns off your phone's data when the engine is running. Warning sounds every time you go 1mph over the speed limit is frustrating. Preferred the quirkiness of the back door handles of the previous model. Can I have my old swift back please?

No car hassle

I would happily recommend Blackshaw’s for their personal service to detail. Nothing was too much to ask. Finding me a car, ensuring I was picked up so I could collect it and as always have MJ sorting every aspect for me took away any pressure!

Very helpful in supplying car before my insurance quote 30 days came to an end. For some reason this model is not on the insurers radar yet, so a bit difficult to arrange competitive insurance. Seems good car , although trying to get to grips with semi autonomous driving is a challenge as steering takes over randomly

Seems generally fun to drive , not quite sure about sensation of steering taking over and having to fight it , even with lane assist turned of it still is hard to control at times , might st recently on a narrow country lane, but more worryingly at speed on motorway when trying to overtake

Ross Straughan was excellent in the sales department, very efficient, not pushy but very knowledgeable about Suzuki products. He kept me informed throughout the two transactions the I needed and the car was spotless and serviced/MOT'd on collection. Cannot fault the service I was given. As for the 71 plate Suzuki Swift that was supplied: Good points - good driving position, clear open front windscreen with excellent vision, smooth gear box, enough engine power for my needs, easily accessible controls and switches. Very accessible heating controls. Bad points: Although better than the 'AllGrip' which I had temporarily before, it still has a very hard ride and would be better with a softer suspension. Also Privacy glass on rear windscreen should be an option, not standard as it is too dark in gloomy conditions.

Was pleased with the service. I felt I got good advice and the sales team were knowledgable and as I was looking specifically for a towing vehicle they understood my requirements. Everything was explained clearly and there was no pressure. Also and importantly as a women buying a car.. I was spoken to not my partner you will not believe how often that still happens!

So far very happy with the car, I trade in an L200 which I loved but I would recommend anyone interested in a pick up looks at the KGM it is quiet, smooth, powerful and feels very refined to drive. I haven’t towed with it yet as I have to do 600 miles as recommended in the handbook so hoping it performs as well with the weight on the back. But overall you don’t feel like you are in a pick up but in a smart suv

Bought a car that was not advertised!

Blackshaws found me an MG HS Phev from their staff cars that exactly fitted my requirements. A test drive was arranged and we liked the car. Trading in my old Outlander was easy and the whole process flowed smoothly. I felt my loyalty to Blackshaws was fully rewarded.

Excellent safety equipment, spacious and comfortable on long journeys. I would prefer actual dials and switches to control the heating, ventilation and air con. On cold mornings, the car won't let me drive on electricity even on short journeys, so I am fighting against its systems.
