Covid-19 Safety Measures

Although Government regulations have been relaxed, we'd like to reassure you that we are continuing to operate a range of safety measures in our dealerships to protect both our customers and our staff.

Our processes include the following:

HAND SANITISER & ENHANCED CLEANING:  You will find hand sanitising products at our premises and we have enhanced cleaning procedures throughout our dealerships.

FACE MASKS:  Following updated Government guidance, face masks are no longer required in our showrooms.  However, if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask please continue to do so.

SELF TEST DRIVES: Self test drives are available or alternatively, we can arrange to bring a self test drive to you at your home or place of work if you live within a 30 mile radius of either of our dealerships.  All our new and used vehicles are fully sanitised before and after each self test drive.

CONTACT FREE ELECTRONIC PAPERWORK:  We can now offer purchasing online with electronic paperwork for safe, contact free transactions.

VIDEO PRESENTATIONS AND HANDOVERS:  To minimise contact we can provide video presentations of used vehicles and demonstrators.  After purchase we can also provide video handovers.

COLLECTION OR HOME DELIVERY:  Vehicles can be collected from our dealerships with socially distanced measures in place or we also offer home delivery with a charge of £1 per mile (minimum delivery charge of £20 applicable).

WAITING AREAS:  If you are using any of our service waiting areas we recommend that you maintain an appropriate social distance for your own safety and to protect others.  Thank you for your co-operation.
