Ross was very helpful, but on reflection we should have insisted on a test drive as we are disappointed with the MPG which is lower than the Juke and we expected a smaller car to be better. The road noise is worse than the Juke as well, but we do like the increased room in the back and the ease of access. Your staff cannot be faulted and are always willing to oblige.

Service rating : I brought to your attention a rusty engine support bolt and a rusty engine lid catch, the response was that you would replace the bolt and paint the catch and provide me with a touch up stick for chipped paint.
This was almost 3 weeks ago and nothing appears to have been organised.
The sales team were very good however I did order a Acenta Premium only to be told a week later that the model had a 7 week delivery,not an inspiring point..

Product : I find this Note up to the usual Nissan standards. Miss the extra 200cc I had in last Note that being a 1600 which I believe they don't make any more, but what the heck still a good looking , good runner, good all rounder. Very pleased.

Service rating : After the initial waiting around looking for a salesman, we were eventually dealt with professionally. The sales experience was a very friendly one and the transaction was fairly conducted. The only niggle we have is that the final paperwork for the free servicing has now come through twice, with the wrong car quoted.
