Suzuki Swift

Service rating: Ross Straughan was excellent in the sales department, very efficient, not pushy but very knowledgeable about Suzuki products. He kept me informed throughout the two transactions the I needed and the car was spotless and serviced/MOT'd on collection. Cannot fault the service I was given. As for the 71 plate Suzuki Swift that was supplied: Good points - good driving position, clear open front windscreen with excellent vision, smooth gear box, enough engine power for my needs, easily accessible controls and switches. Very accessible heating controls. Bad points: Although better than the 'AllGrip' which I had temporarily before, it still has a very hard ride and would be better with a softer suspension. Also Privacy glass on rear windscreen should be an option, not standard as it is too dark in gloomy conditions.
