Blackshaws wins Feefo Platinum Award

We're excited to announce that we have won the Feefo 2023 Platinum Trusted Service Award for excellence in customer service for three years running. We'd like to thank all our customers for sharing their ratings and reviews on Feefo and to everyone at Blackshaws for working so hard to deliver excellent customer service all year round.
To win this award, we had to collect at least 50 reviews between 1st January 2021 and 31st December 2022 and achieve a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 for three consecutive years - which we've done!
We're committed to providing the highest quality of service and we will continue to listen, understand and respond to all our customers.
